Our rates and fees (as outlined in the tables below) are quoted in the currency of your choosing and by percentage point calculated directly to your account currency.
This allows the user to circumvent exchange fees that are customary when dealing with currencies other than USD. You will no longer need to convert your native currency to USD to trade with our supported cryptocurrencies.
However, if you place a buy, sell, trade, or transfer order and this order involves the intervention of fiat currency not currently supported on the Crypto Swap Platform (any other than USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, and JPY) you will be charged a foreign exchange fee to accommodate the conversion to one of our supported currency. Expenses are deducted from your net proceeds of the transaction. For instance, if you post a trade to buy BTC/JPY and your account operates in USD, the platform will convert the amount required to cover the JPY order however if you place an order for BTC/JPY and you have funds in your JPY account then no conversion, and no conversion fee is imposed.
We source our rates by calculating the mean average of the required currency from several exchanges within our liquidity partner group.
Note: Other fees are present for some deposit and withdrawal transactions, and any third-party payment operations, at some Tier Levels.
When are these exchange rates calculated?
Regardless of the nature of the transaction, the final Forex exchange rate is determined once the trade is submitted on market orders, and once the order is filled on orders with future trading parameters (good until close, etc.)
Forex rates are good within the provided time frame. If the time frame expires, you will be required to repeat the process and may be provided with a different Forex exchange rate.
The exchange rate is determined only when you instruct us to convert your native currency for another supported fiat currency and when we process your order.
The exchange rate is determined after you have placed your sell order and clicked on “Next.” A payment window opens with the Forex rate used when the order was placed and is subject to change when the corresponding buy order is placed.
When is the price of cryptocurrencies set for my exchange buy order?
The exchange rate is determined after you have placed your swap order and clicked on “Next.” A payment window opens with a countdown telling you the time you have left to complete the payment of cryptocurrencies.
